Why Canus Immigration?

Trust Us With Your Immigration Services

Since the recent directory on international students, essential workers, and French-speaking persons in Canada, immigration services with our team just became more trustworthy. With our services, immigrants that fall under this category get access to permanent residency in Canada from May 2021.

We constantly work with the documentation at hand to provide legitimate immigration claims for our clients. The permanent residency creates six different pathways to accommodate immigrants.

Our Canadian Immigration Express Entry Services

We offer the most reliable Express Entry Immigration service to existing and new clients looking to get into Canada. The Express Entry (EE) program by the Canadian government is an initiative that coordinates the selection process of trained and skilled immigrants into the country. The department of Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) facilitate the immigration process of skilled immigrants into Canada.

At Canus Immigration, we are experts in processing Express Entry services which covers – the Federal Skilled Worker Program, the Canadian Express Class, and Federal Skilled Trade Programs. We help our clients calculate their CRS score which is instrumental in increasing their chances of permanent residency. Our clients have access to the best Canadian Immigration Lawyers that help to review CRS score to meet the requirements of the Express Entry Program.

IRCC Updated Streams from May 6, 2021

From May 6, 2021, we’d start processing all three streams of 90,000 applicants approved by Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). The first stream contains the immigration section for 20,000 immigration applicants for temporary workers in the health sector. Before the recent developments by the IRCC, application into health care proved to be extremely difficult. Today, we have 20,000 viable slots for you to begin your immigration processing as a temporary health worker.

The second stream by the IRCC is directed to another 30,000 temporary workers in other various occupations approved by NOC (National Occupational Certification). IRCC is looking to keep the streams open till November 5, 2021, to accommodate all 90,000 immigration applicants.

The last 40,000 slots are reserved for international students that are graduates of any Canadian Educational Institution. These new policies are designed to cover every occupational sector.

Our Family Sponsorship Immigration Programs

We help families connect to their loved ones with our reliable family sponsorship immigration application programs. Canus Immigration is your best choice for processing prompt immigration programs to enable your family members to work, study, and live in Canada. Canada’s Family Sponsorship Immigration programs are eligible for common-law partners, grandparents, spouses, dependent children, and parents. Note that you have to be legally married to your spouse.

Our spousal sponsorship application process involves two options to validate your immigration request. We advise our clients to go for Inland Spousal Sponsorship if their common-law partner resides in Canada. Alternatively, applicants can request Family Sponsorship for their family members abroad using the Overseas Spousal Sponsorship. Children eligible for dependent sponsorship must be under the age of 22 while meeting the requirements of Minimum Necessary Income (NMI).

Eligibility & Processing of IRCC Immigration Policies

We provide our clients with the lay out and eligibility requirements of applying for a Canadian Immigration Program. At Canus Immigration, we highlight the essential occupations approved by NOC for the application of all immigration programs. For all international students applicants, the eligibility requirements include the completion of a post-secondary program in the last four years. Ideally, this shouldn’t get any earlier than January 2017 to remain eligible for the program.

It’s important to note that all applicants including temporary workers and graduates must be quite proficient in speaking one of Canada’s languages. Aside from the language proficiency, applicants must be present in the country and approved to work temporarily at the time of application.

The general accessibility requirements by LIMA should also be taken into consideration when applying. All applicants must reside in any Canadian province at the time of application other than Qubec.

Our Canadian Immigration Study Permits

At Canus Immigration, we help international students looking to study in Canada with the processing of their study permits. Applying for a study permit is one of the essential steps to studying in Canada as an international student. IRCC facilitates the application process and approval of study permits to students looking to get Canadian education from other countries. Interestingly, a study permit isn’t necessarily needed in all cases especially if your study program is less than 6 months.

We also help students who are minors staying in Canada or registered Indians fast track their study permits at Canus Immigration. Our team also works on your study permit to ensure international students can work while studying without necessarily applying for a work permit.

Also, our students get to work full-time outside the campus breaks and holidays.

Our Canadian Immigration Express Entry Services

Canadian Immigration Denied Entry

Lots of immigrants face the dilemma of being denied entry into Canada on multiple occasions. For various reasons, the Canadian Borders Service Agency (CBSA) has tightened the security of border areas into the country. However, our team at Canus Immigration specialises in reviewing denied entry cases of immigration into Canada. Being denied inadmissible by the CBSA makes such immigration applicant ineligible to get all forms of permits that could gain them access in Canada.

For decades, immigration applicants are denied entry from the border control due to medical inadmissibility claims that could be a potential threat to Canadian citizens. Criminal convictions of varying degrees have also denied immigrants seeking haven in Canada the opportunity to get into the country. Also, many immigration applicants have financial inadmissibility issues restricting them from accessing Canadian borders because of their inability to fend for themselves.

At Canus Immigration, we assist our clients in getting a Temporary Resident Permit to avoid denied entry when applying for Canadian immigration. In the case of criminal inadmissibility, we advise our clients to present facts and documentation that suggest they’ve been criminally rehabilitated years ago. Proof of record of suspension would also help your criminal inadmissibility against denial into Canada.
