The language requirement includes a Canadian Language Benchmark 4 for reading and writing, and a Canadian Benchmark 5 for speaking and listening, which is lower than that of the Federal Skilled Worker. Also, the candidate must have worked full-time for two years or equivalent part-time within the last five years.
Furthermore, applicants must be certified in their trade by territorial authority or Canadian provinces, or have full-time employment for at least one year.
To qualify for the Canada Experience Class, you must meet the minimum language and work experience requirements. For NOC O or A job, the minimum language requirement is the Canadian Language Benchmark 7, while NOC B jobs require a Canadian Language Benchmark 5. Furthermore, applicants must have at least 12 months’ experience working full-time or equivalent part-time within the last three years.
